Resale or disclosure of information to third parties
Devworkz Pty Ltd does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including contact forms, download requests or email lists.

Browser information collected on the web site
Devworkz analyzes the web site logs to improve the value of the materials available on the web site. These web site logs are not personally identifiable, and Devworkz makes no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Privacy of our email lists
Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our mailing lists using the forms provided on this web site or other means expressly sanctioned by Devworkz. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized Devworkz staff, including other list subscribers.

Unsubscribe Policy
We strive to only send e-mail to those who want to receive it. If you would not like to receive future e-mails from us, reply to any email with UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject.

Fees and refunds policy

You agree to pay the fees, in such amount and for such billing frequency as specified during registration, in full prior to any obligation of Devworkz to perform under this Agreement. You further agree that, upon registering for the services through the Site, you authorise Devworkz to charge your method of payment (e.g. credit card) for the fee on each anniversary of your registration date, based upon your billing frequency (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually). Payment of the fees shall be in such amounts and at such times as set forth by Devworkz through information provided to you and as authorised through the sign-up and registration process. Your account and access to the services provided via the Site may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. You represent and warrant to Devworkz that such payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur.

To cancel your subscription Devworkz requires 3 business days  notice before the next billing cycle, otherwise you will be billed for the following cycle.

To cancel you must submit a cancellation request through to us at We do not accept phone calls for cancellations requests.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Devworkz Unlimited service through the end of the billing cycle, however all work in progress will halt, regardless of status, once the billing period has ended.

There are no refunds for partial subscription plans under any circumstance, including cancellations and unused time on a plan. Upon cancellation you will have access to our service for the length of your current billing cycle.

You may request a refund within 24 hours of completing your initial strategy session. It is the responsibility of you, the client, to schedule and complete your initial strategy session within 14 days of purchase or no refunds will be issued. Beyond the 24 hour window there are no refunds for partial subscription plans under any circumstance, including unused time on a plan.

Devworkz may change its fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Site with 5 days’ prior notice, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions or reductions in fees. Promotions, upgrades, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable.
